# TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE ( TOS )

You automatically agree to these terms of service by purchasing. This TOS is subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made.

1. All sales are final and can only be refunded if the product its not provided within 90 days from purchase.
2. Lifetime warranty or other 5 years, 2 years, 1 year, 6 months; a warranty means service lifetime warranty. If the service ends, for example, I stop selling a particular product, the contract ends. Unless you have owned the product/service for less than 1 week.
3. I want you to know that you are aware of leaving a bad review if you got the product without any problems.
4. If our method fails, we will give a shared account as a replacement. We will not provide a refund for these issues. Your warranty will be on hold until we have re-upgraded your account, so you won't lose any warranty time!
5. If the method is patched from upgrades, we cannot provide a replacement.
6. You are aware that since this item is a Digital Intangible Item, there is a strict NO refund policy, and all purchases are final. Executing a chargeback or dispute will get you suspended from buying all of our products, and a scam report to PayPal & Stripe will revoke your product license.
7. Just so you know, leaving an unreasonable or bad review without contacting us to get your situation sorted is not allowed.
8. You are not allowed to be toxic in our discord server & emails & discord tickets, which will result in removing the warranty from your products bought.
9. You are aware complaining in chat without talking with staff on email & querry & discord tickets that will result in the warranty being removed.
10. Discord tickets are closing after 2h without giving any signal on our discord chat. The discord bot will send a message.
11. If you leave a bad review without trying to contact staff via tickets & emails & query queries will result in the warranty being removed.
12. You know that being racist with our discord members & staff will result in a restriction from our store/servers.
13. Trying to make a bad reputation on our store will result in a removed warranty and restriction from our servers & stores.
